me and the kids :D

I couldn't resist to show off the photography talents of these kids...:) Some memorable photos, some memorable moments...

This is one the earlier pics....critical shyness :~

After a short while...lol. J'dore voila un photo...*muah* [You'll see me trying to show up my whatever little knowledge of French that I have, here and there. I am really hoping to learn and master it though.]

I was preparing these posts, and my sis was sitting beside me. While she enjoyed the pics...she suddenly realized that it is 11:30PM and she hadn't been to the Gurudwara today. She is actually doing a Challiya - which is a dedicated visit and praying session @ the one place @ one time. Although the challiya is fixed for Rexdale Gurudwara, time aint fixed cuz of her working schedule. But we did decide go at that hour. There was a Bhaiji exercising outside, who on seeing that we were returning on finding the front door closed....he hastily approached us and informed that the side door is open. But that was stuck as well, so he called on another bhaiji from inside and got it opened. There were like 5 Akhand Paths going on inside the Gurudwara. It was incredible. Then this Bhaiji assured that we get served parssad. It was absolutely amazing - very calm inside. The Bhaiji inside insisted if we wish to have Langar for it was ready as well, he could warm it up for us....aww. We were very impressed by their kindness. Let's say an incredible day today!

[There was a comment about judgement here earlier...I kinda feel guilty for having it there...so no more :)]

Don't let people take your focus away or your mind away from the Guru. What you wear is not important - It's whats in your heart that counts. Your love for the Guru is critical everything else is only a dream - "a flash in the pan". Ignore them - Be polite but don't let what they say disturb you attachment to the Guru.

The kids are real cute. I love children!
Now we have a face but no name for Ms. Seeker.
If the Sikh bloggers ever form a team we've already got a number for your jersey :-)
