Pursuit of Kundalini Yoga

After the wonderful suggestion of Prabhu veerji, I thought that I owe myself this combination of Guru-dhyaan and relaxation. So I looked up for training sessions in this. It turns out that there is a Kundalini yoga Teachers Association in Toronto. That was delightful - it meant lots and lots of classes all around. But it turns out that they are quite expensive - at least for a poor student like me.

So, if any of you wonderful people know of Kundalini yoga classes in or around Brampton being offered at a more reasonable rate, please do let me know :)

If you have the chance to start a course, please do. It is so great!!!!..
Talk to your yogateacher, maybe you can arrange a special price, yoga is not only for the rich ones.
... i pay 5 euro (non-members 5,5 €)for each class.
And that is worth every cent!
Wish you good luck!
(and let us know if you are succesfull! Can Prabhu Ji do some negotiating for you?)

I'm sure I can figure out something, when I got some time to look into it. The teacher's training is expensive, but it's worth every cent. It's completely changing my life, and it's totally empowering me to teach what other's are already asking me to teach.
I think most people go for teacher's training after practicing kundalini yoga for a while, but I know you could do it Bhen Ji.
I will try to find out about classes in the Brampton area and if there are student rates. Each teacher's training course is a little different depending on who's doing the training, but there may be a way to get a discount by taking the training and being a sevadar for the next training.
If you have the positive intention and really see yourself doing it, the infinite flow that you are an intimate part of, will facilitate the opportunity.
This past weekend was my December weekend in teacher's training and 'WaheGuru' it was intense. It was beautiful and transformational and educational, and we meditated for so many hours. Of course we did a few (physically) intense yoga sets through out the weekend as well :-)
Bhen Ji, we'll have to catch up sometime. I hope you're doing well.

I recently had a visitor from Toronto, Canada that I met on line. Her name is Harjyot. She is slightly fat and about 29 years old. She just had a baby boy, Ronak of about 5 mos. Old. Her mother is from Patiala. All 3 of them visited me. Harjyot apparently had Post Natal depression and had been recently released from Psychiatric Hospitilization in Canada. She visited me in California, USA since she needed a vacation. She apparently works for some Insurance company and she is currently on a Maternity leave. I was busy with work and I have not taken her contact information. I think that she needs some help with her emotional state. I would like to give some suggestions to her husband or her Mother-in-law and father-in-law with whom she stated that she currently lives. If any body knows this person or has any contact information for her, please let me know. My ph. No. is (909) 967-0216.

Please send this e-mail to your friends to help me search for this girl.

Why the Kundalini?

The myth with kundalini is that person can get powers by doing kundalini. It is not true.
Powers come with belief not by doing kundalini.

First person have to learn regular yoga and pranayama. When person get comfortable with doing yoga then he should try the kundalini.

It is like sitting in the class of chemistry when he has not passed 5th grade. Ever thing should be done in systematically not to do because it is the hip thing to do.
